Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of goonpacks.com and its related pages (the “Site”), operated by Goon Packs (“Goon Packs”, “we”, “us” or “our”) from the United States. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information and does not form part of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and only if viewing adult content is lawful where you are. By selecting “Yes, I’m 18+” at the age check, you confirm that you are 18 or over, and by using the Site you represent that you meet the other requirements of this Section. The age check stores your answer in a cookie in your browser for 30 days; it does not verify your age or identity.

2. The Site

The Site presents collections of AI-generated adult images, with optional videos (“Packs”), and lets you preview sample images from them. Packs are not yet available to buy; see Section 5.

3. AI-Generated Content

All images and videos on the Site are generated by artificial intelligence. The people depicted are fictional adults and are not photographs or recordings of any real person. Our AI Disclosure explains this in more detail.

4. Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, you agree to receive a single email from us when checkout opens. You may ask to be removed at any time by writing to support@goonpacks.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your email address.

5. Purchases

No Packs are currently offered for sale. Prices shown on the Site are the prices we intend to charge, are provided for information only, and are not an offer to sell. Before checkout opens, we will publish terms covering payment, delivery, refunds and the licence granted to you for any Pack you buy, including how you may download and use it, and those terms will apply to your purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site’s text, graphics, logos and software are owned by or licensed to Goon Packs. The images and videos on the Site are generated by artificial intelligence and may not be protected by copyright in every country; whether or not they are, you may use them only as these Terms allow. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to view the Site’s content for your own non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell, share or redistribute any content from the Site, other than the temporary copies your browser makes to display it, without our prior written permission;
• use any content from the Site to train, fine-tune or otherwise develop an artificial intelligence or machine-learning model;
• show the Site or its content to anyone under 18, or let anyone under 18 use the Site;
• submit anyone else’s email address to the waitlist;
• interfere with, overload or disrupt the Site, or attempt to probe, scan or test its security; or
• use the Site in any way that breaks the law.

You may download the Packs you buy for your own use, as set out in the purchase terms described in Section 5.

8. Content Removal

If you believe an image on the Site resembles you or another real person, or infringes your rights, please follow our Content Removal Policy, which sets out what to include in a request and how quickly we respond.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR FREE OF ERRORS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOON PACKS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Goon Packs against any claim brought by a third party, including reasonable legal fees, to the extent it arises from your breach of these Terms.

12. Suspension of Access

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site at any time and without notice if we believe you have breached these Terms. All of these Terms continue to apply to you after any suspension.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. A revision takes effect on the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page and applies only to your use of the Site from that date. By continuing to use the Site after that date, you accept the revised Terms.
